Registration

When do applications to exhibit/sponsor close?

We’re accepting registrations on a rolling basis and only select the companies that best fit the summit programme and audience, until we are at capacity. To be ensured of a space, it is best to apply as soon as possible. 

I have not heard back yet about my application.

Everyone who has submitted an application should have heard back from us by 16 December. Please get in touch immediately at tech.nl@fco.gov.uk if you haven’t; our apologies! 

Accomodations & Travel

What is the location of the event?

The summit will be held at The Hague Conference Center, in the New Babylon building next to The Hague Central Station. Please find some more information about travel and accommodation here.  

Do you cover travel costs for attending UK companies?

As a government funded event, we’re unfortunately unable to offer our business attendees reimbursement for travel costs. You could however try to get in touch with your Regional Trade Adviser or devolved administration to see if there are any general funds available. Do note that travel to the Netherlands is relatively cheap (especially if you book early with our discount codes) and that there are many hotels available in The Hague with a wide price range.

How does the curated matchmaking programme work?

With the data submitted at the Business Registration, we are matching investors and corporates demands with what the registered companies are offering. If both parties are interested to come into contact with each other, we will facilitate an introduction on our online platform, so you can connect in the lead up to the event and book a meeting table at the summit. The majority of this process will take place in the weeks leading up to the summit. 

Is curated matchmaking available for everyone?

All companies are eligible to apply, but only the ones that we can guarantee a minimum of three connections are admitted. Still, even if you aren’t selected, our corporate and investment partners will have been notified of your presence. The online matchmaking platform is publicly available, and we expect our corporate and investment partners to be onboarded there in the latter half of February as well. On that platform, you can also reach out to them directly and with the other attendees at the event to set up meetings. 

How do we book meeting spaces?

The online matchmaking platform will feature an option to book a table at the summit, facilitated by our colleagues from The Netherlands Enterprise Agency. Note that this will only become available in February, to give everyone a fair chance.
